Leading the design for the e-commerce mobile app of Royal Unibrew and Hartwall through UI/UX design and usability testing.
Overview
Creating an m-commerce application.
In this project, I led UX wireframing, UI design, and the development and validation of a design system — all grounded in user research and testing with customers across Finland and Denmark.
One key insight shaped everything: Royal Unibrew and Hartwall’s clients valued the personal relationships they had with their sales reps. But with vast distances to cover, one person can only manage so many accounts. The opportunity was to design an application that could carry some of that weight — reducing pressure on sales and support teams, while still feeling human to the people using it.
