Customizing LLM for Futurice
In the early days of AI tools, we set out to explore how LLM technology could benefit our sales team. Through in-depth interviews with five sales professionals, we mapped their workflows and identified opportunities where ChatGPT could make a real impact.
1. Discovery
- We kicked things off with a collaborative session to align on the project’s objectives and build a shared understanding of what the new technology could and couldn’t do.
- From there, we gathered insights on its capabilities and constraints, and prepared everything we needed to go into interviews with confidence.
2. Interviews
- We conducted in-depth interviews to explore how users work, what they need, and how familiar they already were with ChatGPT.
- This gave us a clearer picture of where our current service offerings fell short and where there was room to improve.
- We also ran product trials in a staging environment to gather hands-on feedback before moving forward.
3. Analysis and summary
- With all the interview data in hand, we looked for patterns and shaped them into meaningful hypotheses.
- From there, we built out use cases and design recommendations grounded in the most compelling findings — turning raw insights into a clear direction for the project.
